Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order
Q: How long will it take to recieve my order? A: Typically 5-7 days but delivery could take up to 15 days but it is typically sooner. Once you place your order, our credit card processor validates your credit card information and assigns an order number to your transaction. This takes anywhere from a few hours to a full 48 hours. Once we receive the order number, we typically package and ship them within 3 business days. In rare situations, it might take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We ship all packages in the USA via USPS Mail, which typically takes an additional 3-5 business days. This may take longer for Hawaii, Alaska, and rural areas.
